I am currently working on this Blogilates 28 Day Challenge for beginners and right now on Day 7. It has been an interesting few days working on various different types of body muscles that I don't usually exercise much such as booty and arms. Blogilates also has monthly calendars for those who are more advanced to do as well as other work outs and boot camps to stay fit. Following this workout, I may try other workouts such as the monthly ones or one on food intake and drinking habits. I would love for you to try it out too.
